Wine: 2011 St. Aubin "Clos de la Chatenière Vieilles Vignes" 1er
Producer: Domaine Hubert Lamy
Comment: This is aromatically similar to the Les Frionnes but with the addition of mineral reduction hints. There is a highly sophisticated mouth feel to the gorgeously textured, intense and strikingly well-detailed middle weight flavors that exude a fine minerality on the beautifully balanced and explosively long finish. One to strongly consider as this is first-rate.
